Mebendazole Solution (For Aquaculture)

【Main Ingredient】Mebendazole

【Properties】This product is a slightly yellow clear liquid.

【Pharmacological Action】It is an anthelmintic. Mebendazole exerts its effect by binding to tubulin in parasitic cells and interfering with the formation of microtubules.

【Action and Usage】As an anthelmintic, it is used for the treatment of monogenean diseases infishcaused by Dactylogyrus, Pseudodactylogyrus, Gyrodactylus and other monogeneans.

【Usage and Dosage】Based on this product, dilute it with 2000 times the volume of water and spray evenly:

• For the treatment of monogenean diseases in black carp (Mylopharyngodon piceus), grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella), silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix), bighead carp (Aristichthys nobilis) and mandarin fish (Siniperca chuatsi): Use 0.1-0.15g per 1m³ of water.

• For the treatment of monogenean diseases in European eels (Anguilla anguilla) and American eels (Anguilla rostrata): Use 0.25-0.5g per 1m³ of water.

【Adverse Reactions】No adverse reactions have been observed when used in accordance with the specified usage and dosage.

【Precautions】

• It is forbidden to use on channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus) and large-mouth catfish (Silurus meridionalis).

• Use with caution on special aquaculture species.

【Withdrawal Period】500 degree-days (Note: "Degree-days" refers to the cumulative product of the daily average water temperature (in °C) and the number of days, which is a common unit for calculating the withdrawal period in aquaculture).

【Specification】10g of Mebendazole per 100g of the product (indicating that each 100g of the product contains 10g of the active ingredient Mebendazole, a common expression for the content of pharmaceutical preparations).
