[Main Ingredients] Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate, Trichloroisocyanuric Acid.
[Properties] This product is a white or off-white powder; it has the pungent odor of hypochlorous acid.
[Pharmacological Actions] It is a heavy metal salt insecticide. The zinc ions generated by zinc sulfate in water combine with the proteins in insect somatic cells to form protein salts, causing them to precipitate; in addition, zinc ions easily combine with the sulfhydryl groups of enzymes in insect somatic cells. The sulfhydryl group is the active group of this enzyme, and it loses its function when combined with zinc ions. Trichloroisocyanuric acid can prevent secondary bacterial infections.
[Actions and Uses] It is an insecticidal drug. Used to kill or expel sessile ciliates in aquatic farmed animals such as river crabs and shrimps.
[Usage and Dosage] Based on this product. After diluting with water, sprinkle it all over the pond: a single dose, 0.3g per 1m³ of water body (i.e., 200g of this product per mu of water body with a water depth of 1 meter).
[Precautions] (1) Forbidden to be used on eels.
(2) Use with caution during the seedling stage and molting stage.
(3) Pay attention to increasing oxygen in high-temperature and low-pressure weather.
(4) If the water is too fertile, use it after changing the water.
(5) If there are filamentous algae and dirt attached, reuse it once every other day.
